Volunteer Coordinator Team. This team is needed more now than ever before! Help welcome all the new volunteers and inform them of all the ways to participate with HamCo Dems, city committees and candidate campaigns.
Welcome & Onboard New Volunteers – Serve as the first point of contact for new volunteers, ensuring they feel informed and engaged.
Match Volunteers with Opportunities – Connect individuals with roles that align with their interests and skills across HamCo Dems, city committees, and candidate campaigns.
Communicate & Follow Up – Regularly check in with volunteers to provide updates, answer questions, and keep them involved.
Maintain Volunteer Database – Work with the Data & Field team to Track volunteer sign-ups, availability, and participation.
Support Events & Activities – Help coordinate volunteer staffing for meetings, canvassing, phone banks, and community outreach events.
