The Events Committee is responsible for planning and executing fundraisers, engaging community events, and regular HamCo Dems meetings. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that bring people together, strengthen our movement, and support our mission to move HamCo Blue.

The Events Committee is responsible for planning and executing fundraisers, engaging community events, and regular HamCo Dems meetings. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that bring people together, strengthen our movement, and support our mission to move HamCo Blue.
We also lead #BoostHamCo, a non-partisan community improvement program focused on volunteerism and local engagement. This initiative includes regularly scheduled events centered around three key pillars: supporting local organizations, beautification and placemaking, and civic education. Through #BoostHamCo, we encourage residents to take an active role in improving their communities, fostering connections, and making a lasting impact.

Plan & Organize Events – Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraisers, community events, and HamCo Dems meetings.
#BoostHamCo Initiative – Lead and implement events focused on supporting local organizations, community beautification, and civic education.
Logistics & Venue Coordination – Secure venues, manage event schedules, and ensure all logistical details are in place.
Volunteer Coordination – Recruit and manage volunteers to support event execution and community engagement efforts.
Outreach & Promotion – Collaborate with the Communications Team to promote events via social media, email marketing, and press releases.
Fundraising & Sponsorships – Identify opportunities to raise funds through events and partnerships to support HamCo Dems initiatives.
Engagement & Impact Tracking – Assess event success, gather feedback, and refine strategies to enhance future events.
