Destiny Wells grew up in a blue-collar family in Morgan County, deeply connected to the values of family, freedom, and progress. As the daughter of eight generations of farmers, she learned the resilience and dedication that define Hoosiers.
A first-generation college student, she attended Indiana University and enlisted in the Army National Guard at 19 following 9/11. Now a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, she has served in various government litigation roles, including as Deputy Attorney General for Indiana.
Destiny Wells is running for Indiana Attorney General to ensure that the state serves the people of Indiana, drawing on her experience at the local, state, federal, and international levels.
She and her husband, Oliver, a military intelligence Lieutenant Colonel, are raising two sons, Owen and Harrison, in downtown Indianapolis while staying connected to their family farms in Rochester and Martinsville.
